Rescue of Chained K-9s (ROCK)

We are a small local non-profit organization serving the Richmond area.  We try to educate dog owners about animal companion care.  We encourage the owners to bring the dog into their home to be part of their family.  We provide free fenced enclosures, free spay/neuter, some free vetting, and free doghouses.  Your generous donations make all the difference in the world for these dogs.  "They are not free who drag their chains after them" - Author Unknown.
