Rescue of Chained K-9s (ROCK)

Once notified of a chained dog, ROCK will speak with the owners about bringing their pet into the home to part of the "pack". 

If the owners are unable to bring the pet into their home, then ROCK will offer to build a free enclosure for the dog. 

We will also provide free spay/neuter and vetting for the dog, through the Loving Spay Neuter Clinic, an initiative of Richmond Animal League and the Metro Richmond Pet Savers.
