ROCK first attempts to provide education to
the pet parent and talk to them about
bringing their pet into the home to be part of
the "pack".
If the owners are unable to bring the pet into
their home, then ROCK will offer to build a
free enclosure for the dog.
We will also provide free spay/neuter and
vetting for the dog, through the Loving Spay
Neuter Clinic, an initiative of Richmond
Animal League.
ROCK is also an educational partner with the
Metro Richmond Pet Savers.
