There were 3 dogs at this location on the Southside and they were being kept all in a single 10x10 enclosure
that had been vandalized, or kept out on chains. These dogs were also in danger of being picked up by
dogfighters for bait. It was a bitter cold morning when we erected this enclosure for these dogs.
